We have a combined customer network of over half a million people across the UK, who have had successful installations (boilers or EV chargers) or had their boiler serviced or repaired by a Fusion Gas and Electric engineer.

All of our engineers are qualified and DBS checked, on top of which we strive to ensure they reach our high standards.

High Quality Service

Fusion Engineers are Gas Safe and NIC EIC registered.

Our teams work to high standards and their work is regularly quality checked.

We strive to ensure all training is updated as needed, and our engineers are selected to meet our high standards.

Once your install, service or repair is complete, your Fusion Engineer will talk you through the works carried out, they will tidy up after themselves and remove any rubbish.

If they have installed a new boiler or EV charger, they will talk you through the best way to use it and if there is an associated app, show you how to download it and how it works.
