Gas Engineer

Requirements:

  • Experience break down and repair with an excellent first time fix rate.
  • Gas ACS qualifications are essential for this role including as a minimum CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1, MET1
  • Ensure that highest levels of service and customer care to exceed standards.
  • Carry out heating maintenance work in domestic properties including annual gas services, installations & breakdown repair work.
  • Be willing to work overtime if required.
  • Full clean driving license required.
  • Experience of repairing and servicing domestic gas appliances within domestic properties. A good knowledge of a range of gas appliances including boilers and fires and the ability to achieve a high first-time fix rate is required.

Electric Vehicle Charge Point Installer

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.
  • Experience in installing and maintaining electrical systems.
  • Knowledge of EV charging technology and associated standards and regulations.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to different locations.
  • Experience in installing and maintaining EV charging infrastructure.

Preferred:

  • AM2 Qualification.
  • Electric Vehicle Charging 2919
  • City & Guilds 2394 / 2392 / 2391 or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy systems.
  • Additional certification in EV charging technology.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our team, specialising in electric vehicle (EV) chargers.

As a Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling EV chargers to commercial and residential clients. Your exceptional sales skills, basic knowledge of EV charging technology, and passion for sustainable transportation solutions will contribute to our company's success in the rapidly growing EV industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate the features and benefits of EV chargers to potential customers.

2. Identify and prospective customers, including commercial businesses, residential complexes, fleet operators, governments, and other potential target markets.

3. Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the advantages and functionalities of EV chargers, tailoring the message to specific customer needs.

4. Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.

5. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving any issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies within the EV charging sector.

7. Attend relevant trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand professional connections and generate leads.

8. Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to promotional campaigns, including website content, social media, and digital marketing initiatives. Maintain accurate and organised sales records, customer information, and sales pipeline data using our CRM system.

9. Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets while consistently striving to meet or exceed individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the EV industry or a related field.

2. Strong knowledge of electric vehicles, EV charging infrastructure, and related.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

4. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive client relationships, including effective negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

5. Self motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

6. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools to efficiently manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

7. Flexibility to travel when required and attend industry-related events, conferences, and client meetings.

8. A passion for sustainability, clean energy, and electric transportation.

9. Valid driver's license.

Administrator

Fusion Gas Ltd is one of the UK's leading specialists in providing a large range of Gas and Electrical services.

We are currently on the lookout to for experienced and competent administrator to work alongside our skilled and enthusiastic team.

Requirements:

- Experience working within the construction industry.

- Confident with scheduling jobs, and a strong understanding of the logistics that comes with.

- Confident with speaking to customers and potentially dealing with difficult conversations.

· Ability to communicate effectively throughout the operational team.

- A ‘go getter’ with strong values to ensure all deadlines are met.

- Ability to work independently and manage your own time and tasks.

- Experience in using different management systems (Jumptech, BrightHR experience would be great).

- The ability to create detailed spreadsheets.

- An understanding of the importance of owning your own tasks and duties and the impact on this.

- Managing a range of tasks throughout the day and the ability to help where needed throughout the whole operational team.
